This is the core of every Heritage technician. Each technician goes through extensive background research including criminal checks, DMV checks, drug screening, personality profiling, and cognitive skills testing.
In addition, every Heritage technician receives a minimum of 240 hours of initial in-house customer service and technical training before entering the field and an additional 100 hours of ongoing training each year. We can assure you that the technician that enters your home is trained and certified to represent the high standards set at Heritage and will respect you and your home.
