Scope of Job
Primary Purpose is to win each day by delivering extraordinary service and value to each client, every day. As an HVAC Comfort Consultant you are responsible for producing favorable outcomes for all customers, fellow team members, the company and the communities we serve. As an HVAC Comfort Consultant you are accountable for reaching the Company goals and objectives that are established by you and your Sales Coach.
Basic Functions
To effectively perform HVAC Sales in residential homes. To assist our customers in making decisions regarding there Heating/Air conditioning systems. Use the Company resources and services to create and maintain an environment that is conducive to satisfaction, which will generate customer growth and repeat business.

Responsibilities/Tasks
- Perform High Quality HVAC Sales in residential homes
- Ensures that all work being performed meets or exceeds local and State Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Codes & Standards.
- Manages customer relations by anticipating problems and providing superior customer service.
- Provides feedback to Sales Coach for possible improvements.
- Exemplifies a positive attitude and spirit of cooperation on every aspect of his/her role functions.
- Participates in training sessions, which will improve and reinforce your knowledge and skills.
- Must possess or gain an in-depth knowledge of the products & services being offered and enjoy promoting them.
- Must have the creative ability to find solutions to problems and establish new strategies and techniques which achieve individual goals and objectives in the most efficient and effective manner.
- Must have desire to produce favorable outcomes to customers, team members and company.
- Must be able to multi-task handling several issues at the same time and meeting desired results
- Monday – Friday 45 hours per week average over a 52 week period. Your start time and end time will vary depending on available workload. On-call Sat & Sun on Rotation Schedule
