Scope of Job

Primary Purpose is to win each day by delivering extraordinary service and value to each client, every day. As a Customer Care Advisor you are responsible for producing favorable outcomes for all customers, fellow team members, the company and the communities we serve. As a Customer care Advisor you are accountable for reaching the Company goals and objectives that are established by you and your Customer Service Coach.

Basic Functions

To efficiently and effectively answer each incoming phone call from our customers and schedule routine service calls. Collect all information that will produce favorable outcomes for our customers, team members, and company. Use the Company resources and services to create and maintain an environment that is conducive to satisfaction, which will generate customer growth and repeat business.

Responsibilities/Tasks

  • Schedules High Quality routine service calls for our customers.
  • Schedules service calls at the customers convenience
  • Manages customer relations by anticipating problems and providing superior customer service.
  • Provides feedback to Customer Service Coach for possible improvements.
  • Exemplifies a positive attitude and spirit of cooperation on every aspect of his/her role functions.
  • Participates in training sessions, which will improve and reinforce your knowledge and skills.
  • Must possess or gain an in-depth knowledge of the products & services being offered.
  • Must have the creative ability to find solutions to problems and establish new strategies and techniques which achieve individual goals and objectives in the most efficient and effective manner.
  • Must be able to multi-task handling several issues at the same time and meeting desired results
  • Monday – Friday 40 hours per week. Available to work overtime when needed. On-call duties include two nights per week and Saturday & Sunday rotation every 4th weekend.
