Scope of Job
Primary Purpose is to win each day by delivering extraordinary service and value to each client, every day. As a Accounting Clerk you are responsible for producing favorable outcomes for all customers, fellow team members, the company and the communities we serve. As a Accounting Clerk you are accountable for reaching the Company goals and objectives that are established by you and the Finance Coach.
Basic Functions
Effectively and efficiently perform all data entry of Invoices, time cards, sales information, customer history, job tasks and money collected for the company. Assist our team members with coordination and accuracy of information that helps the company win each day. Use the Company resources and services to create and maintain an environment that is conducive to satisfaction, which will generate customer growth and repeat business.

Responsibilities/Tasks
- Process all paperwork efficiently and accuratel
- Follows all systems and prepares information timely to leaders in the company
- Provides excellent customer relations by anticipating problems and providing superior customer service.
- Provides feedback to Finance Coach for possible improvements.
- Exemplifies a positive attitude and spirit of cooperation on every aspect of his/her role functions.
- Participates in training sessions, which will improve and reinforce your knowledge and skills.
- Must possess or gain an in-depth knowledge of the software and systems used.
- Must have the creative ability to find solutions to problems and establish new strategies and techniques which achieve individual goals and objectives in the most efficient and effective manner.
- Assists with A/P and A/R functions as necessary
- Must be able to multi-task handling several issues at the same time and meeting desired results
- Monday – Friday 40 hours per week average over a 52 week period. Your start time and end time will vary depending on available workload. Some Saturdays and overtime when needed.
