The technician was very efficient and neat in doing his job. He also took off his shoes without me asking him to. Very considerate.

Customer satisfaction today is almost non-existent. I thought this until I did business with Heritage. THANK YOU for making the customer feel special.

You were the only one of three services I called which responded at 11 p.m. in a snowstorm!

We had called on three different companies for installation of a new furnace and none of the three companies compared in any way to your company neither in courtesy, promptness or otherwise.

Both men were friendly, efficient, and thorough. Everything was explained and the work was performed quickly and with little disturbance.

We have used Heritage for years and they have always been right there to help us out. This year at 2:00 PM on New Years Day my wife smelled heating oil and sent me down to check and of course the tank was leaking, just a little at that point but as I looked it started to stream out the bottom of the tank. I made the call to the answering service and five minutes later I was talking with the service tech and he was on his way to help. I had just filled the tanks and was not looking forward to losing any of that $3.80 oil. Soon two men in two trucks with a new tank and a pump to move the oil around arrived. They both worked until Midnight and when they were done I lost about a cup of oil and you would never even know there was ever a problem. Many thanks on a job well done!

We had Heritage out to replace our furnace and AC unit, from the first phone call to Robin everyone was polite and knowledgeable. The crew Kevin and Chris were friendly and explained everything. I called yesterday afternoon had Bill here in an hour and a new furnace installed today. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing and heating needs.

Rodney S. came out in the midst of Hurricane Sandy when our hot water heater and furnace died. He was extremely friendly and detail-oriented. He explained the process of what needed to be done and how he would rectify the situation.

He returned to the house on the date given. And even though we had a window period of 2 – 4pm he updated us to say that he would arrive at approximately 2:15. At about 2:15 he was at the house. Unbelievable!

Eric was very thorough and did a great job. He explained everything and went out of his way to check everything that could possibly go wrong.This was so helpful because we had just “survived” the worst possible plumbing disaster and needed reassurance that nothing else was going to happen!

Thanks to Rob Roy for coming out and doing a fantastic job fixing our toilet after hours! We really appreciate the fast, courteous service and especially that you don’t change your rates just because it is after hours! We’ve been clients for years and have recommended Heritage to numerous people!

Chris G did an awesome job installing my new heating system yesterday. They showed up on time, put in a great system, and left my house clean. Great customer service and really fast turnaround time to get jobs done. I will only be using Heritage from now on!
